A name or location entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies the result. We do not retain or log those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email may be kept long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our systems receive basic technical information when a page loads, including:
- The IP address assigned to your device

- The site that sent you here, if any

No Criminal-Record Data on File
We do not maintain, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal records. The site's content identifies access routes at the Logan County Sheriff, Logan County and District Courts, Nebraska State Patrol CID, and the Nebraska Sex Offender Registry. Visitor information is not assembled into third-party dossiers or consumer reports, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their own privacy policies govern submitted data, retention, and sharing. Review the applicable partner policy before running a search because those practices are beyond our control.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Logan County government, Nebraska courts, state agencies, legal resources, or outside search tools. Once a visitor follows an external link, the destination's privacy terms apply. Check them before supplying personal data.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select ads. We do not operate that tracking.

We do not sell personal data. Limited information may be disclosed to:

Applicable law may provide additional rights. Nebraska government-record access is governed by the Nebraska Public Records Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §84-712, while dissemination of government criminal-history information is limited by §29-3520 and §29-3523. Those laws govern official custodians and do not turn this private site into a government records office. Subject to applicable law, you may:

- Have us fix information that is wrong
- Request that we erase your data
- Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
